Charming pin or brooch from the 1930's - 1940's. It is 1 3/16" across, pale yellow guilloche with hand painted pink roses. The guilloche enamel has a lacy net pattern underneath. The enameling is in very good condition - no lost enamel, but some minor crazing is visible under magnification. It has a sliding ring clasp, in very good condition.

The pin is unmarked, and tests as silver, but less than sterling, most likely 800 silver. Silver was often unmarked in the early half of the last century.
