I am unsure of the blank, which has a drapery -like pattern. The bowl has a pattern of pink and yellow flowers, which appear to be daisies and perhaps lily. It is in perfect condition, other than a bit of vintage wear on the bottom.
This is probably a water or waste bowl, a necessity in Victorian times. It could be used a a serving bowl or filled with flowers as a centerpiece.
I have seen lovely settings of mixed floral Haviland - this would be a perfect addition to an eclectic set!
