Pink Diamond Quilted Mother of Pearl Vase - Darker

Lustrous pink mother of pearl satin glass vase with a bulbous lower half and quatrefoil rim. The vase is 7" high and 3 1/2" at the widest post. It has a very nicely ground pontil. It is attributed to Mt. Washington glass, and dates from about 1890.

This vase is part of the personal collection of an older gentleman. From his records, I find that he owned this vase since the 1940's, so it has been in a display cabinet for many years, and is in superb condition.

This vase has an "almost twin", which I am listing separately. The vases are identical, but one is lighter than the other. If you wish to buy both, I will discount the price by 15% and combine shipping. (The vases are shown together in the last photo - this listing is for the darker vase only.)
