Currier and Ives - Winter in the Country, Getting Ice

Winter themed Currier and Ives print in a larger size. The paper size is 15" x 19", the size of the interior image is about 11" x 14". This print is carefully disbound from a 1950's book. (The original lithograph was made in the late 1800's.) It does have print or an image on the reverse.

Currier and Ives were famous for their depictions of early American life; country scenes, hunting, fishing and nautical scenes. The original lithographs are highly collectible and expensive. These vintage reprints have an older look, at a very reasonable price.

These prints are easy to finish with a purchased mat and frame, available from your local crafts store. They make a nice and affordable gift with a vintage flair.
