Rich Pastels "Wild Roses" Hand Painted Cake Plate - Signed

Collector's cake plate or platter with a garland of wild roses. The background has soft rich shading in sunrise colors - violet, pink and sky blue. It is signed by the artist S. Immel.

The platter is 10 1/2" x 9 3/4", with tab handles. The blank has an imprinted design, which adds to the overall beauty of this piece.

There are no markings on the underside, but it is very likely from Germany, made from about 1900 - 1915. Condition is excellent.
