Our pledge to you is for you to have a safe, easy and pleasant shopping experience in our shop. All shops on Ruby Lane are like "booths" in an antique mall - each one is individually owned and operated. We strive to have happy customers, and love our return customers!
We appreciate your visit to our shop! If you see an item you are interested in, feel free to add it to the shopping bag on each page. This will allow you to return to it easily, just by clicking on your shopping bag at the top of the page, after you are finished browsing through our shop, or through Ruby Lane. Placing items into the shopping bag is NOT a commitment to purchase the items, but makes it easier to find them again.
To make a purchase, just click on "Add to Shopping Bag" on the item page. (If you are not already registered with Ruby Lane, registration is quick and easy.) Fill in the necessary information on the purchase order form, submit it, and we will respond with an e-mail within 24 hours with your final total, as well as any other communication necessary to complete the transaction.
If you don't have (or want) a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchase with the traditional credit card method. And, of course, you can pay by check or money order as well.
If you have trouble placing an order, or wish to place your order by phone, please feel free to call us - leave a message if we're not available.
All inquiries will be answered as soon as possible. If you need additional photos of an item, please e-mail.
We will confirm your order within 24 hours. Items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of Credit Card, PayPal or Money Order payment. Please allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear.
While we are not "experts", we strive to accurately describe all items. We want to make your shopping experience with us very pleasant.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Our primary method of shipping within the United States is via USPS (United States Postal Service) with insurance and/or delivery confirmation. Items are usually shipped using Priority mail, unless another rate is more cost effective (such as book rate for printed items). We do not add handling or "extra" fees. You can combine purchases to reduce shipping costs. We pack with extreme care to ensure safe delivery of your items.

** INTERNATIONAL** Shipping will be at the USPS rate that is applicable for your country, plus insurance (if available). We can accept PayPal only for International purchases. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees, depending upon the laws in your country - we are not responsible for customs fees.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:

After you receive my email giving you the total amount for your purchase, please confirm your order by e-mail & let us know how & when you will be paying for your purchase.
Items for which a purchase order has been placed, but no payment has been received within 3 days (PayPal) or 10 days (check/money order) will be returned to available status in the shop if we have not heard from you to confirm your intent to purchase.
