In 1992, the Galleries Division of Hallmark Cards introduced the Kiddie Car Classics. They began to issue several series of authentic die-cast miniature replicas of pedal cars originally produced by Murray®.

This Kiddie Car is from the second series. It is the 1941 Murray Steelcraft Spitfire Airplane, number 7787 of a limited edition of 19,500. It was retired in January of 1996. It has only been removed from the box to be photographed. I had never taken it out of the packaging prior to this - all of my Kiddie Cars are in new condition - purchased when they were first issued, and then put away for future grandchildren, but I've given up waiting for any - LOL!

It is stock number QHG9009. This is NOT an ornament, but a nice, heavy die-cast metal vehicle. Dimensions are: 4½" H x 7¼" L x 5¾" W. Special features: Propeller spins as wheel turns.

It will come to you in the box with original packaging and certificate. A great addition to a collection, or a wonderful way to start one! Of course, a super gift, too!
