In 1992, the Galleries Division of Hallmark Cards introduced the Kiddie Car Classics. The first series consisted of 5 authentic die-cast miniature replicas of pedal cars originally produced by Murray®. These are the full sized Kiddie Cars, not the ornaments, which came later.

This Kiddie Car is from the second series. It is the 1955 Murray Fire Chief, number 3793 of a limited edition of 19,500. It was retired in January of 1996. It has only been removed from the box to be photographed. I had never taken it out of the packaging prior to this - all of my Kiddie Cars are in new condition - purchased when they were first issued, and then put away for future grandchildren, but it doesn't look like that will happen, so it's time for them to find a new owner.

It is stock number QHG9006. This is NOT an ornament, but a nice, heavy die-cast metal vehicle. Dimensions are: 4" H x 6¼" L x 3" W. Special features are: Movable pedals, ringing bell.

It will come to you in the box with original packaging and certificate (no collector's card was issued with this vehicle). A great addition to a collection, or a wonderful way to start one! Of course, a super gift, too!
