Here is a great Industrial Art Deco Lamp, carrying the Paramount label, made in the early 1940's by the Raylite Company, the same company that made the Christmas light decorations. This lamp is 13 1/2" tall and measures just over 18" across. It is in excellent working condition, although it could use a rewiring to bring it up to today's standards since the plug is the old type, non-polarized. There are some light scratches on the lamp, a bent area of metal below the bulb, and one ding. I have shown these in the pictures. The on and off switches are push button, and I believe made of bakelite, the rest of the lamp is made of metal. This lamp is classic for your office desk or your desk at home in your study. Dare I say "rare", because I have not found another one and I have really searched for quite a while. I have checked on the availability of replacement bulbs, and they are readily available, they are the same size bulbs that are sometimes used for under kitchen cabinets. Please email any questions.
