C. 1906 W. H. Grindley, England, Flow Blue Bread and Butter Plate, Set of 2, "The Marquis" Pattern

This is a fabulous lot of two bread and butter plate made by W.H. Grindley which dates to the early 1900's according to the registry number. The plates measure a hair shy of 6" in diameter and have scalloped edges and a deep blue color. Both are in VERY GOOD condition with no chips or cracks. Crazing is evident throughout with no stains. Beautiful backstamp which reads: "The Marquis", England, W H Grindley & Co, R No. 473130, Pat US May 09 of 06.
