Coming from a local prominent estate that we are solely handling. This collector had a variety of fine antiques ranging from early primitives to superior glassware to outstanding and rare enamelware. We will be adding as we can. All of these items are new to the market, having been in her possession for the last 30+ years.

I just love this piece! This is an early advertising piece from Mail Pouch which reads: Treat Yourself To The Best, Chew Mail Pouch Tobacco. Most likely a barn thermometer. Colors are still blazingly vibrant, so most likely stored indoors. The tube is still intact, however the mercury appears not to be constant. The piece measures a whopping 26 1/2" tall, by 7" wide. As you can see from my photos, there is damage to the very bottom of the piece. Also where the nail hole is, there is slight chipping of the enamel. This is a really fabulous piece!
