This is a beautiful early lavaliere necklace that is made of sterling silver and hallmarked as such. The necklace is stunning. The filigree style chain of the necklace is exquisite, and looks very delicate, but is in fact, quite sturdy. The clasp is ornate and filled with beautiful details. The lavaliere contains a large citrine colored glass stone which is intricately cut. It sits high atop of the ornate setting. The necklace measures 17" and the lavaliere measures 1 1/2" long. It is hallmarked STERLING. Condition of the necklace is VERY GOOD!
