This is a beautiful early glass dress clip that dates to the 1930's. It is made of silver tone metal and features green enameled leaves that protrude from the top. Multi-colored glass beads are hand wired to the frame. The colors range from sapphire blue, ruby red, emerald green, amber, and clear. Each has a small clear glass spacer on top. The neatness of the hand wiring on the reverse of the clip is indicative of Haskell's early work, along with the beads used. Measures 2 1/4". Condition is quite good, although the enameling is showing wear to both leaves.

It is possibly an early unsigned Miriam Haskell, but I did not get the piece confirmed.
