Our Service Pledge To You:
All jewelry items are hand crafted by me. All are one-of-a-kind creations or limited editions of a design. I will respond via email to all orders within 48 hours. Purchased items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment through PayPal. Items paid for with personal checks will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after payment is received.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Due to postal rates increasing Sundancegems will be charging for shipping and handling charges will be as follows:
$1.00 per pair of Earrings and $0.50 per additional pair.
$1.00 per Anklet or Bracelet and $0.50 per additional Anklet or Bracelet.
$2.00 per set (Necklace or Necklace and Earrings) with $1.00 per additional set.
Combinations of Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings will be charged accordingly. Shipping charges will begin on May 12, 2008.
Insurance charges will be paid by Sundancegems.

10% off all prices for all return clients in the US. Return International clients take 15% off but pay actual shipping charges, including insurance if required.

I ship internationally via USPS International Priority Mail where available, this service carries no insurance but I have had 100% success with many shipments to Argentina, Britain, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Spain and Portugal. This does not apply in countries where the USPS International Priority Mail service is not available. Please check before placing purchase order.

If PRIORITY MAIL is requested for handcrafted jewelry, then customer pays the additional charges. Insurance cost for handcrafted jewelry is always paid by Sundancegems.

All jewelry items are shipped in protective bubble package and come with jewelry gift boxes, silk or velvet pouches.

Please note that signature is required by the USPS for the delivery of packages that are insured and valued above $50.00.

Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee, however actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Other Information:
Residents of Florida should add 7% sales tax to purchase price, but not to shipping or insurance charges.
