These intense Cobalt blue hand made Venetian Glass beads will electrify you with their color and startling beauty. Light, airy for hot days, and graceful, sparkling for warm nights. A millefiori (a million flowers) heart shaped bead hangs at the end of the extension chain. A pair of matching earrings completes the set.

Venetian Glass Beads have been hand made for hundreds of years in the island of Murano by melting glass rods or canes over a hot flame and gently working the glass over the mandrel. As they are hand made no two beads are identical and carry slight imperfections that add to their charm. These beads have a white interior and a colored shell.

14K Gold-Filled (14K GF) beads are made by bonding a layer of 14K gold with high pressure and heat to base metal and then shaped as desired. Industry standard requires that the quantity of gold be at least 1/20th of the total weight and the Karat measurement must be marked.

Vermeil is sterling silver heavily electroplated with 22K gold.

Length: 17.5 to 19 inches.

Beading Wire: 0.14"/49 strand clear-coated stainless steel professional quality beading wire with 14K gold-filled crimps, crimp covers and gold tone wire guards.

Bead size: 10 mm rounds.

Clasp: 14K GF trigger clasp with Vermeil extension chain.

Earrings: 1 and 2/8th inches from your piercing on 14K GF lever backs. The images on the beads of the earrings are reflections of the photographic equipment.

Care: Clean with soft fabric, or non-abrasive polishing cloth. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and deodorants. Jewelry should be worn after application of cosmetics. Store wrapped in soft fabric or sealed in plastic bag.
