Spring Garland of Silver Foil Glass Beads and Freshwater Blister Pearls

These colorful silver foil lined glass beads caught my eye at my local bead store and I just had to get them. Not my usual style, but I had fun creating this garland made of the Venetian-like flower beads in bright spring colors and white and bright green (color enhanced) cultured freshwater blister pearls. Blister Pearls are so named because the nuclei or seed for the pearl to start the culture process gets stuck to the inside of the shell of the freshwater Mussel and forms a one-sided pearl, unusual and beautiful nevertheless. A pair of matching earrings completes the set. The necklace can be worn asymmetrically with the pink flower at the center or symmetrically to suit your style. Sure to put a smile on your face and also on everyone around you!

Length: 19 to 23 inches.

Beading Wire: Two 0.19"/49 strands clear-coated stainless steel professional quality beading wire with sterling silver crimps and beads.

Bead size: Flowers 25 mm; pearls various sizes.

Clasp: Sterling silver flowered hook and extension chain.

Earrings: 2 and 1/8th inches long on sterling silver ear hooks.

Care: Clean with soft fabric, or non-abrasive polishing cloth. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and deodorants. Jewelry should be worn after application of cosmetics. Store wrapped in soft fabric or sealed in plastic bag.
