Cat Lovers Leopardskin Jasper and Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet

Another in my series of cat lovers bracelets, this one in a petite or teenager's size. The bracelet is made of 12 cute cats with sterling silver heads and collars, with Leopardskin Jasper bodies. The infinite variety of patterns in black, gray, brown, red, brown and pink of the Leopardskin Jasper makes for an interesting array of different body types on the cats. At one end of the bracelet is a sterling silver fish charm, the number one food choice of cats. The bracelet is closed with a sterling silver trigger clasp.

Jaspers have been used as ornamental and gemstones from ancient times. They are microcrystalline Quartz in association with a variety of other minerals which give the Jaspers colorful patterns and bands. Jaspers are often named according to its color or patterns, in this case Leopardskin Jasper as the black spotted patterns of the Jasper is like that found on Leopards.

Length: 5.75 inches. Guide to sizing Bracelets: Using a measuring tape, measure snugly (not too tight) around the wrist just below the wrist bone. For adults add 3/4th to 1 inch to above measurement to determine the bracelet length. For children add 1/2 to 3/4 inches to the wrist measurement. This is the measurement given above.

Bead size: 10 mm round Jasper bead; total cat charm 20 mm long (about 3/4 inch).

Care: Clean with soft fabric, or non-abrasive polishing cloth. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and deodorants. Jewelry should be worn after application of cosmetics. Store wrapped in soft fabric or sealed in plastic bag.
