Delicate Blue Chalcedony nuggets and faceted round beads of Blue lace Agate are joined with synthetic (man-made) faceted Opaline briolettes to create this bracelet. The beads are separated and highlighted by sterling silver spacers and round beads. A very pretty bracelet, indeed....

Chalcedony is a form of micro-crystalline quartz that is very abundant and has been used by human throughout history as weapons, tools and jewelry. It has a waxy luster and can be semi-transparent to translucent. It is known by many names based on the color and wavy patterns.

Agates are also very fine crystalline quartz and are very durable semi-precious gemstones. Blue Lace Agate is a semi-translucent pale sky blue variety of agate, the fine white banding resembling lace, and hence the name. The pastel blue color is associated with peace and harmony and thought to relieve stress in the wearer.

Synthetic Opaline is hardened glass that cuts like stone and is made to simulate natural Opal.

Length: 8.5 inches long fits a 7.5 to 7.75 inch wrist. Can be resized at no extra cost.

Beading Wire: 0.19"/49 strand clear-coated stainless steel professional quality beading wire with sterling silver crimps, and crimp covers.

Bead size: 8 mm faceted blue lace agate; 9 x 14 mm Chalcedony nuggets; 8x10 mm Opaline briolettes; 2 and 3 mm sterling silver rounds.

Clasp: Smooth sterling silver round toggle.

Care: Clean with soft fabric, or non-abrasive polishing cloth. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and deodorants. Jewelry should be worn after application of cosmetics. Store wrapped in soft fabric or sealed in plastic bag.
