The colors of spring are well represented in this semiprecious gemstone with its shades of green and pink. Beautiful smooth nuggets of Unakite (also known as Unakaite) are joined by silver rings and beads and faceted beads to form this unique garland with matching earrings.

Unakite was first discovered in the US in the Unakas mountains of North Carolina, but it is also found in South Africa, Brazil and China. It is a form of granite with pink Feldspar, green Epidote and clear Quartz. Natural healers associate the stone with creativity and self-awareness, increasing self-esteem and releasing suppressed energies and emotions. Unakite is associated with the Zodiac sign of Scorpio.
