The smooth clear rondelles of Smoky Quartz form the smoke, which as it clears you see the orange red rondelles of Carnelian that is the fire.

Tiger Eye is iron bearing Quartz, thought in ancient times to bring good fortune and protection from the 'Evil Eye'. Roman soldiers were known to wear Tiger Eye to battle for protection. It is the gemstone for the 9th wedding anniversary.
