Gorgeous set of six Limoges plates featuring hand painted raised gold enameled fruit bearing branches, against an ivory white porcelain background, with a gilded rim.

The plates are 8 ¾ inches in diameter. Three of the plates bear T&V Limoges Mark 7 (circa 1892-1907) under glaze white ware mark, and the other three have “Limoges France” Mark 2 (circa after 1891). All of the plates have a red “Austria Hand Painted” decorating studio mark, as well as “Ovington Brothers, New York” also in red.

This quality set was made for Ovington Brothers, an exclusive New York City retailer of top quality European porcelain and glassware, known for offering only the finest merchandise.
