Here is an early 19th century blue transfer ware handle less cup and saucer made by William Ridgway, Son & Co. with a beautiful chintz-like floral design, and enameled primrose in shades of red, golden yellow, and blue, and greenery. Plate bears the vase and anchor device in blue with the initials "W.R.S. & Co. (Circa 1838-48), and both pieces are marked "629," possibly indicating the pattern number. Absolutely the best English Staffordshire transfer-ware waste bowl, marked JM & S (John Meir & Son, circa 1837-97) in the "Indian Scroll" pattern. Bowl measures 5 3/4 inches across and 3 3/4 inches high, and has a lovely purple scroll design with rose colored flowers and greenery. Condition is very good to excellent, with no damage. Normal age related light crazing/staining inside bowl.

Here is a rare antique 10 ½ inch Pearl Ware plate by Wedgwood in the beautiful “Horticultural” pattern featuring a lily in the center, surrounded by various intertwined flowers along the edge, printed in underglaze cobalt blue and accented with gold, with an ochre edge. Beautiful paneled mulberry / black transfer ware handle less cup and saucer set by John Edwards & Co in the “Foliage” pattern (circa 1847-1873), featuring a garden scene with a towering castle in the background. The cup is 2 ¾ inches tall and 3 ½ inches across the top; the saucer is 5 5/8 inches in diameter. Condition is very good, with no damage. Light crazing and glaze pops, commensurate with age. Inside the cup there is a line in the glaze, which most likely occurred during production.

Presenting a beautiful brown transfer ware dinner plate in our favorite Aesthetic style, with a central design composed of magnolia tree leaves, surrounded by an outer band of sunflowers and an orange edge. Plate is 10 ½ inches in diameter and has a deep central well that is about 1 inch high. English Registry mark indicates this piece was produced in 1879. Condition is very good, light crazing on the underside of the plate.

Here is a great Podmore Walker & Co. Pearl Stone Wear plate (circa 1834-1859) in the Spartan pattern, a Romantic style scene depicting a group of ladies and gentlemen in eighteenth century attire in a garden, with a lake in the background and a manor/castle along its banks. This beautiful 12-paneled plate measures 9 5/8 inches in diameter. Condition is very good to excellent, very light utensil marks.

Beautiful Victorian flow blue polychrome cup and saucer set featuring Oriental style flowers and a scroll, decorated in the Imari colors with lots of cobalt blue, red, teal, and ivory. The set bears the printed initials “S.T.W. & Co.” and English Registration number (Rd. No.) “135869” dating it to circa 1884 or 1889. The cup is 3 ¾ across the top; and 2 1/8 inches in height; saucer is 5 ½ inches in diameter. Condition is very good, slight wear along the gilded edge.
