Fabulous find tin container celebrating Texas history. The blue tin has on its lid a white Texas silhouette and a pair of deep blue Bluebonnets, the State Flower. Around the tin is a beautiful pictorial time line of Texas' early history with at least one as reproduction of a notable painting. William Henry Huddle's painting depicting the surrender of Santa Ana in San Jacinto is captured in miniature and joined by scenes of Coronado and La Salle as well as cowboys and longhorns on Chisholm Trail cattle drives. Outstanding art celebrating Texas! Round tin is 7" diameter and 2-1/2" deep. Like new, unused condition.
