Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling & insurance. Payments must clear bank before item is shipped. Most orders will be mailed by USPS Priority or First Class Mail within 24 hours of having received cleared payment. (Monday-Friday ) For larger, heavier packages, shipping will be by UPS Ground & shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping can be combined on most orders. If you are interested in purchasing more than one item, please contact me for estimated shipping & insurance fees.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Please pay for your order within 7 days. If you need more time for some reason or other, contact me. Communication is the key to a successful transaction!

US: I accept Pay Pal, US money order, certified US bank checks, or US personal checks as methods of payment. Please make checks or money order payable to "Sue's Antique Wonderland". Personal checks must clear before item is shipped.

Credit card payments can be made through Pay Pal even if you don't have a Pay Pal account.

There is a 7.5% sales tax for Florida residents.
