Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
- FREE SHIPPING - Cost includes shipping, handling and insurance where applicable, to continental US addresses only. If paying by check, merchandise will ship once the check clears the bank. Thank you for understanding.

Restocking Fee:
Any fees adjusted via the transaction will be deducted from the return. Pay Pal and credit card companies both charge a fee for using their services, and these fees will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Thanks for understanding. Also, if you have custom ordered a piece, I require 1/2 of the price up front. This is not refundable as I usually have to custom order the beads to finish the product. If you have specific questions concerning this, please contact me before finalizing your order.

Other Information:
