Very nice solje brooch from Norway - this one has six "spoons" of sterling on a background of sterling rope work. Marked on the back "925S*" that asterisk means that I cannot make out the letter after the S It looks like a "V" ?? An old C clasp This measures 1 1/4th inches across - condition is excellent!
