Apatite is a delightful stone, that comes in a variety of blue-green shades, ranging from deep peacock blues to electric tropical neon-blue. Along with amethyst, it is one of the birthstones of the sign of Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 19) and associated with creativity, originality and self-expression. They also make a very unusual and quite beautiful color combination.

The style is a dangle of cascades of aquamarine/teal/violet color: a 9mm. briolette of faceted deep-purple amethyst is the bottom drop: these are cut in the bevelled 'trillion' cut style. They are accented with oval smooth beads and 6mm. rounds of teal blue apatite, 9mm. faceted amethyst briolettes, 9mm. smooth apatite briolettes, and 4mm. rondelles of peacock-blue and neon-blue apatite and both grape-purple and violet amethysts. The colors are graduated from deep purple and teal to paler violet and aqua.

All are wireworked onto 14kt. gold-fill rolo chain and hang from 14kt. gold-fill secure leverback wires. They measure 2 & 1/8" long not including the wires.
