Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
*DOMESTIC SHIPPING*

Buyer pays shipping and optional postal insurance. Cost is shown on each item page and starts at $2 First Class or $4.75 Priority Mail for first item.

Combined shipping discounts will apply on multiple item orders.

*POSTAL INSURANCE*

Insurance covering damage or loss in transit is optional but recommended and costs as follows:

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

Priority international flat rate to participating countries. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed and assumes all risks through customs. Insurance and tracking are not available for flat rate method of shipping. If you'd like tracking and insurance, the following option is available.

Priority International NON-flat rate is insurable. Please ask for quote. Costs start at $20 USD for postage plus cost of insurance. Larger international orders will automatically be sent this method for insurance purposes.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

*JEWELRY RE-SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS*

I'm often able to re-size bracelets, change ear wire styles, and make other adjustments to customize jewelry for you. Please ask!

*LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN*

If you're interested in placing an order on layaway for purchases of $100 or more simply put "layaway" under the comments section on your purchase order.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is due at time of purchase. If paying by paypal or credit card, deposit is due within 3 days.

If paying by personal check or money order, payment must be received in 7 days

Maximum duration of layaway plan is 3 months.
Send me an email letting me know you've sent a payment. Payments will be deducted from your total as they are received and clear from the bank. Payments must be made at least once per month during this time.

If you default on these terms, I reserve the right to cancel the layaway at any time. The initial down payment is non-refundable. Thank you for your cooperation!

Shipping charges will be applied to layaway total.
Jewelry will ship once all payments clear at the bank.

*CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDERS*

Custom order inquiries are always welcome! Whether you see something you like but wish it was a different color or would like a necklace to match, email or call and let's talk!

Custom jewelry orders are non-returnable and require payment before jewelry is shipped. I'm happy to provide a photograph of the jewelry for final design approval before shipping. On larger custom orders a non-refundable 50%deposit will be required.
