Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling & insurance. All items will be securely packaged in a box with a computer generated label for legible addressing to ensure safe, prompt delivery. All our items are packaged with care but we cannot be responsible for uninsured items once they have been left with the shipper. Many items are listed with a flat shipping charge to USA addresses. The flat rate, if listed, includes insurance on breakable items.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales taxes must be collected on all items shipped to locations within the state of Wyoming.

Items held for mailed payment Purchase Orders will be returned to stock after 10 days if payment has not been received or prior arrangements made for a delay in payment. Purchase Orders indicating PayPal as the method of payment must be paid in 7 days, if no prior arrangement has been made for a delay, the item will be returned to stock.

Major credit cards are accepted but due to conflicts with Paypal's online service we need the buyer to phone our shop, to the telephone number listed on our home page, with their card information to run through our shop credit card machine. We do not retain credit card information in our shop. Once an approval number has been received all written information is shredded.

International buyers are welcome but purchases must be paid through PayPal to confirmed addresses. PayPal is preferred. Their service is easy, secure and accepts all major credit cards. Money orders will only be accepted if drawn on a USA bank. Cash payments must be in USA funds by first class or registered mail. Due to the increasing number of internet scams & cleverly forged documents, we ask that you respect our policy.

We do offer Layaway terms on purchases but prefer to have the potential buyer contact us for more information.
