This lavishly decorated Staffordshire cigar and match holder measures 4" in height. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It does have a couple paint flakes off the black hair on the figures leaning out the window. It is marked on the bottom with a couple of incised numbers "15" and "1674". The numbers probably represent a potter and artist numbers. The match striker is on the front of the match holder.
