It's a ribbon of gold vermeil that holds this graceful necklace together and provides a decorative accent!

Gold vermeil is sterling silver that is plated with karat gold. This fancy clasp provides both function and design, as it can be worn traditionally, behind the neck, or along the front for a more contemporary look.

Thirty-five 10mm deep hued bronzite rounds are interspersed with tiny 14k gold-filled beads to comprise this necklace that will surround your neck with gentle grace.

A relative of the stone found in meteorites, bronzite is unique in its play of colour and sparkle. Colours range from a deep chocolate brown to a metallic gold. Its name comes from the inclusions of highly reflective minerals, such as hematite and goethite, which give it a beautiful bronzelike effect when polished.

The necklace measures 18-1/4" in length. It is strung on professional quality jewelry cable and reinforced with 14k gold-filled connectors.
