Our Service Pledge To You:
Your purchase will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment via Credit Card or Paypal. Purchases made with a personal check will ship when the check clears (usually 2 -3 business days). If you have shopped with Spoiled Girl before your Personal Check will not be held and your item will be shipped as outlined above.

(Autism Awareness pieces and made-to-order pieces will be shipped upon completion of the work. I promise to work quickly without compromising quality or workmanship!)

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Spoiled Girl now accepts credit card payments - VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, in addition to PayPal or personal check.

Shipping is $3.00. Insurance is extra and required. Insurance costs are as follows:

up to $50 add $1.65
$51 -$100 add $2.05
$101 -$200 add $2.45
$200.01 - $300 add $4.60
$300.01 - $400 add $5.50
$400.01 - $500 add $6.40
$500.01 - $600 add $7.30
$600.01 to $5000 $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value.

add $1 for each additional $100. Thank you!

Restocking Fee:
Custom orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Returns must be post marked within 7 days from receipt of items.

Other Information:
Payment by Credit Card or Paypal is required within 3 days of the confirmation email I send you! If paying by traditional credit card, I will send you an electronic invoice.
