This is a wonderful black purse that is made of a shiny hard material. I was told bone, but I am not sure. It is so tough, that is why it is still in such great condition for it's age! Beautiful brass accents. This purse is lined with black velvet that is in excellent condition. Purse measures 7 inches from end to end. 4 inches wide. Long 44 inch chain so purse hangs at hip area. Usable room in purse is 5 inches x 4 inches. Secure closure with pretty detailing. Definitely a collector piece that will continue to go up in value.
