Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship every day except Sundays, normally the same or next day after we receive payment. Our preferred shipping methods are US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex for US deliveries. We use US Priority Mail International for shipments outside the US. We insure all packages.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
