This Blenko glass bowl or vase was produced in 1988 and is their catalog number 8990, part of an 8 piece line that was designed by Don Shepherd. This series was Shepherd's last design before leaving Blenko to design furniture for the Herman Miller Company.

This art glass piece measures almost 14" in diameter at the top and stands 9" high. The color is Blenko's Dusty Rose and the threading, which Blenko calls "Lip Trails" is Sapphire Blue--a stunning combination. The piece retains its original Blenko sticker and is in excellent condition.
