Mid Century Large Double Handle Aluminum Center Bowl

Mid century aluminum ware was produced when turquoise was all the rage in kitchens, and bright oranges, pinks, and greens dominated living areas. And here we are, 50+ years later, and these same colors are re-appearing alongside stainless steel and granite--and aluminum looks just as great as it did back then.

This large bowl measures 15" handle to handle--and note the great double hammered handles! The pie crust rim has a hammered/scalloped edge, and the interior has relief motifs of grapes, flowers, and vegetables. 5 1/2" high to the top of the handles. Great condition and marked on the back "Cromwell Hand Wrought Aluminum".
