Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual S&I. We have no handling fee and carefully pack our items for a safe arrival.
As I am now in a remote location, my shipping days will be Tuesday & Friday.
All purchases will be shipped the next shipping day after my receipt of payment.

Restocking Fee:
If an item is returned, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please note that all returns will have a 15% of the purchase amount restocking fee.
