A very attractive antique box of beautifully figured burled wood strapped in engraved brass & bone with conforming shaped bone appliques. The interior has the original rose moire fabric fitted for 3 perfume bottles. Each compartment originally held a Baccarat scent bottle 1 3/4" square. You can, of course, use any similar crystal perfumes worthy to be nested within as the original bottles are not included. Age has left a few bumps to the outer most edges & a few cracks in the bone of the top center cartouche, but I find the condition good. It comes with a ornate little key & the lock is working.
