Very attractive antique parcel gilt spelter 3 arm candelabra with a finely hand painted full figure porcelain of a gypsy man, nice raised gold "jewels" & striking colors. The figure has one end of his waist scarf lacking, hard to detect. Most probably French, late 19th century.
