Just perfect for a ladies desk! An footed petite inkstand in gilt brass with white enameling and cabochon jewels of faux turquoise & garnet. It has the original pair of fine hinged cut crystal inkwells with good brass collars and lovely faceted crystal lids. There is pen rest of 2 arms aside the central thermometer. In wonderful condition with less than expected age wear. One tiny screw is not present at the bottom of the thermometer plate.
