The very best carvings of flowers, vines & leaves are highlighted by lovely satin wood banding. The work is magnificent ! The top has large carved monogram A H A The interior, lined with the original pale green silk ( one stain ) probably originally had MOP head tacks, no longer present. The mirror has one area of aging. The exterior of the box is in very good condition. It's very rare I find this high quality of carving, a truly beautiful antique box.
