Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail, including insurance.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Sales tax of 5% will be added for all buyers in WI.

*LAYAWAY PLAN*
For your convenience and buying pleasure, I’ve made a layaway plan available for purchases totaling $100 or more. Simply request a layaway plan when you submit your purchases through Ruby Lane in the comments section.

Purchases between $100-$200 – 2 payments
The total may include a single or multiple items totaling $100-$200. The first payment will be 50% of the total at time of purchase. The balance plus shipping will be due 30 days after the initial purchase date. You may make payments in-between, just be sure to notify me that you are doing so.

Purchases from $200 and over – 3 payments
Purchases totaling over $200 at one time may be split into a 60 day payment plan with the initial payment being 50% of total purchase, the second payment due 30 days later at 25% of the total, and the third payment of the remaining 25% due 60 days after initial purchase date for the final payment plus postage.

*Please note I reserve the right to terminate the payment plan at any time if payments are not received as scheduled.
**If a sale is canceled prior to completion by either party, the initial payment of 50% is non-refundable.
***Wholesale purchases may not qualify for layaway. Please contact me.
