This is a very stunning piece of jewelry. The combination of colors and materials is full of intrinsic interest. At center a Raku-fired porcelain dragonfly bead by a West Coast artist is strung next to a fabulously rich saltwater Keshi pearl from New Zealand. What's so wonderful about Keshi pearls is that they are all nacre. There is no seed pearl in the middle of these pearls. The white is very lustrous and I've placed it next to two deep iridescent copper Biwa top-drilled pearls and then two rose-copper coin pearls that have been top drilled (a very different and wonderful look). Next another copper Biwa pearl, center drilled this time sits next to an Abalone round and another rosy coin pearl. The hook is a torched copper hook and eye clasp and a beautiful Pietersite coin with faceted Apatite hangs down as a charm for weight. Along the other side of the dragonfly you will find another stunning Pietersite coin in beautiful tiger-eye caramel and iron red with brown, another Abalone round coin, a golden-green luminescent coin pearl, another Abalone and two very unusual rounded stick-shaped side drilled Pietersite beads for more weight at the underside of the bracelet. A small brass dragonfly and sterling silver flower dance at the end here.

Length: 8 1/4", fitting wrists up to 7 1/2" in diameter.
