Snazzy 1940's - 1950's Black Gabardine jacket, formed to fit the body. Very nice light weight Gabardine wool jacket for spring,fall and winter. Tag: The HipMan Wardrober, New York. Reg. T.M Pat Pending. Jacket is in very good condition. We found no tears,holes or damage. We have lightened the pictures so you can see the beauty of this jacket.

Jacket has turned down "V" neckline lapel, top of collar has a nice stitched lined design. This same lovely design goes around back of collar. Padded shoulders, 3/4 sleeves with rolled up slit cuffs. Buttons down front with cloth covered buttons, seamed side slit pockets, pockets accented with same lined design. Jacket is seamed in all the right places for a formed fit. Jacket is not lined. Piping inside hem has came loose in a few places and will need tacked back up. So easy!

Please note: Vintage clothing runs smaller than modern clothing. Please note all measurements for a good fit. Measure a jacket you own and compare to our measurements. We lay the jacket flat and measure from seam to seam. Please allow a couple inches for comfort.

Measures: 38 - 40 bust at most - 32" waist - 22" long center shoulder to hem - 14" under arm to hem - 19" sleeves - 16" shoulder to shoulder.
