Our Service Pledge To You:
I will email you shipping and insurance costs within 24 hours of being informed of a purchase. Items are mailed within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Items will be packed in most secure fashion possible! Communication with my buyers is important to me! I will inform buyers of the status of their purchase every step of the way; when I am notified of their order, when I receive their payment, and when the item is shipped. I encourage my buyers to do the same for any concerns no matter how small!!
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs. I ship USPS Priority (delivery confirmation included at no extra charge), Parcel Post and Media Mail depending on the weight of the item. I charge a minimal handling fee ($1.50 per package) to cover some materials. I am happy to combine shipping if you purchase more items and would like them shipped together. Expedited shipping is an option at buyer's request. Insurance is encouraged as seller cannot be responsible for damage or loss of uninsured items.

Restocking Fee:
10% - Layaway Only

Other Information:
PLEASE NOTE: I do sell many of my items on multiple sites, so there is a possibility (although slight) that the item you desire may have been sold elsewhere. I do update immediately and check the PO's several times a day, so it's unlikely that you will not be able to purchase your desired item. I want to make everyone aware of the possibility though so there is no confusion. Thank you for your understanding.

Massachusetts residents please add 5% sales tax.

Paypal Payment must be received within three (3) days of purchase. Payment via personal check or money order must be received within ten (10) days of purchase. If not received within these time limits, item will return to "for sale" status. Checks over $25.00 are held 10 days for clearing. Checks should be made out to Melissa B. Campbell and must be drawn on a US bank with your name and address imprinted on the check.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You must pay by PayPal ONLY!! And, you must have a Verified Address with Paypal. Shipment is made by Global Priority only.
LAYAWAY POLICY: I accept lay-away payments for purchases totaling $100.00 or more.

A 20% deposit is required when order is placed followed by four additional 20% payments over the next four weeks, giving buyers one month to complete payments. Payments are due on the day of the week of original payment. (If deposit of 20% is paid on a Monday, four additional 20% payments should follow on the next 4 Mondays). A $5.00 fee is charged for any payment over five days late. Payments over two weeks late will void the layaway agreement. The original deposit is nonrefundable after ten days. Of course, you are welcome to pay it off sooner. I am flexible on items over $500 and will usually give the buyer a longer time to pay the item off (depending on individual circumstances).

If you are unsatisfied with the item upon receipt, you may return it for a refund minus any shipping costs and an additional 10% restocking fee (layaways only), and the remaining balance will be refunded. Items must be returned within 3 days of notifying seller of return.
