SOLD Vintage Barbie Open Road Ensemble #985 from 1961

One of the favorite vintage ensembles for vintage Barbie Doll is "Open Road". Outfit is complete and in overall excellent vintage condition.

Khaki Car Coat - This item is in near mint condition with original toggles and buttons. The coat is beautiful.

Black and Red striped pants - They are in near mint condition only needing a slight press.

Hat - The darling sun hat is found with some fraying on the edges which is common to these older hats. The chiffon attached scarf is in good condition with a few tiny pinhead size holes. It will display beautifully though.

Sweater - the sweater is nearly impossible to find without moth holes. I've never seen one. This sweater is quite nice with two repairs on the front. Several repairs on the back. The sweater is still very strong, very clean and will display beautifully under Barbie's coat..

Sunglasses - They are in near mint condition with no apparent flaws.

Shoes - The cork wedges are in excellent condition to mint condition.

Map - The map is quite soft from playwear with evidence of being opened and closed many times. Small tear in crease and small dot on front. I may have a better map and will switch if I find it.

You will be pleased with the ensemble, especially if you had this as a child and want to recapture your collection and your memories!
