Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We normally ship by USPS regular or priority mail. The shipping cost plus insurance is added to the purchase price. (Actual Costs Only - Never a Handling Fee) Insurance is required for all items unless it is stated in writing that the buyer does not wish to purchase insurance coverage. If this option is chosen, the seller is not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping. Although we are careful in preparing items for shipment - accidents do occur. If damage should occur, please notify us, then contact the shipper (USPS ) to file a claim. We will gladly complete any paperwork required of us. Thank you.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:
We accept personal checks, money orders, and Pay Pal. We will ship approximately 10 working days from receipt of check. Money order and Pay Pal ships immediately upon receipt. Payment must be received within 10 days of order date except for PayPal payments which should be received within 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact us. Thank you.
