Antique Victorian Bird Brooch Hanging Rhinestones Awesome Must See

How often do you see of these great old pieces? I would not often because this is the first i ever had. Isn't it just wonderful & Victorian all the way. It has the old c style clasp on the back. The faceted rhinestones have a very rich looking color of emeral green & are prong set in a very ornate & pierced frame work. The strand of stones have a clasp so you can remove and wear the bird pin alone. You are going to love it!

ITEM MEASURES APPROX: 5 7/8" long, the bird is 2" x 7/8",

ITEM CONDITION: Very good condition, there is some loss of gold-tone backing on the rhinestones (this is normal wear for it's age & not major at all ) & some black paint loss to the brass frames, but the paint loss is very minor & also very hard to see. You might want to polish the brass on the bird.

Aged patina that I speak of is not the patina that is found on rusted or damaged metal. It is that warm glow that occurs & is natural aging on Antique or Vintage items & is very desirable on many pieces. I leave Jewelry as I find it so it is presented in it's natural state. If it needs cleaning & polishing or any minor repair I will tell you so you can do this yourself with confidence.
