Wondeful Faux Tortoise Bakelite Carved Arrow Button Clasp

This certainly is an item you do not see that often. I love the faux tortoise bakelite arrows. I would imagine these were used on coats or cloaks, etc. The tops have brass adornments & there is a clip on the back with which the brass button slides onto.

It is that warm glow that occurs & is natural aging on Antique or Vintage items & is very desirable on many pieces. I leave Jewelry as I find it so it is presented in it's natural state. If it needs cleaning & polishing or any minor repair I will tell you so you can do this yourself with confidence. All Bakelite jewelry is tested & guaranteed to be Bakelite. I do not use the HOT PIN TEST, I test with Simichrome Polish, Hot Water & Scrubbing bubbles.
