Mother & Daughter Vintage Green Swirl Glass Buttons Slag Glass?

These look like slag glass but it is really hard for me to tell so therefore i am not calling them slag glass. You will have to agree they are quiet striking in appearance & have a shape like little Chinese hats with the pointed top & also has a glass self shank.
